Rally-Participation

Participants (drivers/passengers) take part in the rally at their own risk. They bear sole civil and criminal responsibility for all damages caused by them or the vehicle they use.

Driver and co-driver hereby waive any claims of any kind for damages arising in connection with the driving event against the organizer, marshals, helpers, authorities, emergency services, as well as other persons associated with the organization of the event, and against other participants.

If the vehicle used is not owned by the participant, they also release the aforementioned beneficiaries from any claims by the vehicle owner/holder.

This waiver of liability does not apply to personal injury caused by negligent or intentional breaches of duty by the beneficiaries of this waiver, nor does it apply to damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent breaches of duty by the beneficiaries of this waiver. This disclaimer also applies to any damage to the vehicle caused by the attachment of race numbers and event signs (rally plaques). It is the participant's responsibility to affix the signs to their vehicle.

In the event of the event being cancelled due to force majeure or for safety reasons, there is neither entitlement to a refund of the entry fee nor any other claims for damages.

This disclaimer for drivers and co-drivers must be signed personally again before participating in the SWISS CLASSIC WORLD RALLYE, i.e., before the issuance of race numbers during registration at the start, and submitted to the organizer.
